Huaneng Power Surges Today

Huaneng Power, which is one of my favorite foreign dividend-paying stocks, is up big today (about 14% as I write this). Overall, the shares are still trying to find a bottom, but given the company's stronghold on Chinese power generation and its generous dividend payments, now is a great time to take a look at this company!
